Built by a builder — not a software company

Run your residential jobs like the big outfits — without the bloat.

Construct·Share puts your schedule, daily logs, budget, subs, and clients in one place. Made for residential builders and remodelers by someone who spent years swinging a hammer before writing a line of code.

Everything the job needs. Nothing it doesn't.

Every feature exists because a real jobsite problem demanded it.

Scheduling that subs actually see

Gantt, calendar, and agenda views with dependencies. Assign any activity to a sub or crew member and it shows up in their portal — with an alert badge until it's handled.

Daily logs from the field

Buildertrend-style field reports: weather pulled from the jobsite address, manpower, deliveries, delays, safety, and photos. Subs can file their own logs for your review.

Estimates to invoices

Price book, estimates, budgets, purchase orders, payment requests, and invoices — tied to the job so you always know where the money stands.

Change orders with signatures

Clients and subs request changes from their portal; you review, price, and send for e-signature. No more 'we talked about it in the driveway.'

Documents & requests

Plans, contracts, and COIs in one place. Request a document from a sub and the ask sits in their portal until they upload it.

Submittals & approvals

Track submittals, ball-in-court, and revise-and-resubmit cycles without a spreadsheet.

Photos, organized by job

Daily log photos auto-file into project albums. Show clients progress without texting your camera roll.

Built-in e-signature

Send contracts, change orders, and lien waivers for signature — signed copies land back on the job automatically.

Everything on the record

Job messages, notifications, and email alerts keep every decision tied to the project — not lost in a text thread.

Three portals. One source of truth.

You run the job from the office or the truck. Your clients and subs each get their own portal — free, unlimited, and showing only what you assign to them.

Residential construction jobsite
Trades first. Software second.
That order matters.
Our story

Made by someone who's been on your side of the tailgate.

Construct·Share wasn't dreamed up in a conference room. It was built after years in residential construction — framing in the rain, chasing subs by phone, pricing change orders on a napkin, and losing evenings to paperwork that should have taken minutes.

The big construction platforms are priced for commercial GCs and packed with features a residential builder will never touch. The cheap ones fall apart the first time a client asks “where are we on the budget?” We built the tool we always wanted on the jobsite: fast on a phone, obvious to a sub who hates software, and honest about the numbers.

If it doesn't survive a jobsite, it doesn't ship. That's the whole product philosophy.

Priced for builders, not boardrooms.

Flat monthly pricing. Clients and subs are always free — you'll never pay to let someone see their own job.
